Questioning techniques

  • What are open ended questions
Open questions are a form of question that allow you to have a lot more freedom with the answer as to just yes ore no answers you can answer in a lot more detail to the question. An example of this; "what was your weekend like?" rather than "did you like your weekend".

  • How do they work
The way questions work is that someone will ask you a (question) to gather information about whatever the question consists of for example like the paragraph above.

  • What are there purpose
to gather information about a certain subject, object or person.

  • How does the interviewer respond
The interview will respond with talking about the subject that is being discussed or with another question.
